Introduction to CC Holdings, Inc.

CC Holdings is a locally owned and operated restaurant group unwilling to compromise its commitment to the delivery of quality service to each customer. CC Holdings, Inc. was founded in Indianapolis in 1992 and has been in continuous operation ever since.

CC Holdings currently owns and operates 25 food and beverage retail units in the greater Indianapolis and Cincinnati markets. The company is a locally- and woman-owned restaurant group operating Copper Moon World Cafes, Nature’s Table Cafes, Au Bon Pain Cafes, and Granite City Food & Brewery.

Typically in nontraditional settings, the company’s locations in Indianapolis include IU Health Campus; Eli Lilly Campus; Indiana Government Center; Monument Circle; and the Indianapolis Airport; and it operates additional cafes at The University of Cincinnati Medical Center and The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company’s newest location at St Vincent Carmel Hospital is where the company began operations in 1992 with its first Caffe Connection coffee bar.

CC Holdings holds area development and franchise agreements for Au Bon Pain and Nature’s Table and license agreements for Copper Moon Coffee and Granite City Food & Brewery; the firm is a certified DBE/WBE in the City of Indianapolis and the State of Indiana.

CC Holdings understands the unique demands and circumstances of the customer in the non-traditional location. Our concepts and service formats enable us to provide speed of service to the time sensitive guest. Our products are competitively priced. Our menu is varied and continues to attract repeat customers day after day, and sometimes multiple times a day.
